While in Vancouver this weekend, I I climbed the rock faces at Lighthouse Park with Helen, and also with a Crown Prosecutor and a Ukrainian model. Here Helen is showing off a bit, planting her heel and dipping for chalk before moving up the rock face.

But when I go to that blog, I can't find the link.
